Spearheading various initiatives since its formation, the PEIAA has worked diligently to advance the viewpoints of PEI's industry with professionalism and determination. The PEIAA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The current President of the PEIAA is Carl Reynolds. As the PEIAA has grown over the years, so has its staff. Currently, there are three staff members consisting of Linda Duncan, Executive Director; Nancy Geldert Laybolt, Office and Accounts Manager; and Peter Warris, Research and Development Coordinator.
