The Prince Edward Island International Shellfish is the "Biggest Kitchen Party in Atlantic Canada" boasting Good Friends, Good Times, Good Music and Lots of World Famous Prince Edward Island Shellfish.

Tempt your taste buds with the culinary delights of PEICooks.com, in the Food Pavilion featuring interactive Shellfish Culinary Demos presented by the Culinary Institute of Canada daily. Plus there’s Seafood Chowder, freshly steamed PEI Mussels & Clams and renowned PEI Oysters & Quahogs.

For those serious about seafood chowder, the festival hosts the PEI Potato Seafood Chowder Championship and the Cream International Chowder Championship. If it is oysters you are searching for, be sure to attend the Raspberry Point PEI Oyster Shucking Championship, The North American Oyster Shucking Showdown and the JP’s ShellfishWorld Invitational Oyster Shucking Championship.
