As communicated earlier this week, the OAT Fund has received an unexpected number of applications, and as the program is intended to help all Island growers with their hatchery seed purchases, we want to be certain we have adequate resources before any contracts are issued.
We apologise for the delay; we had certainly anticipated getting things finalised much sooner than this.
The Program Management Committee has now set a deadline of:

Tuesday, the 30th of June, end of day.

Anyone with confirmed seed orders should have their application and supporting documents submitted by then.
Applications should include documented support of a confirmed seed order, as per the guidelines (e.g. PO, invoice, receipt for deposit).
If your seed order is not confirmed (i.e. you are on a waitlist) you can apply, but verified seed purchases will be given priority.
